Mark Bernstein

Mark Bernstein is chief scientist at Eastgate Systems, Inc. Since
1982, Eastgate has published fine hypertext tools, including
Storyspace, as well as original hypertext fiction, nonfiction, and
poetry. Bernstein's papers on hypertext research include "Patterns
of Hypertext", "Hypertext Gardens", and "Where are the Hypertexts?",
and he has twice been program co-chair of The Hypertext Conference.
His most recent system is Ceres, a spatial hypertext tool for making,
analyzing, and sharing notes. Eastgate's web site is located at eastgate.com
